Payments and Payment Policy

You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains accurate and that all payments are completed on time. Failed payments will be retried three times automatically. If payment remains unsuccessful after 30 days, remaining balances may be referred to collections.
Chargebacks are not tolerated and will result in immediate removal from all products, services, or communities.
Refund Policy
Due to the extensive time and effort involved in our consulting and educational services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
For The Business Diagnostic™, clients are eligible for a 100% refund within 30 days if they can demonstrate they implemented the recommendations in full and did not experience measurable impact in their business.
No other products, services, or offers are eligible for refund.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our website, resources, or programs at any time for violation of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations.
Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the nearest state or federal court located in Utah.
In any action brought to enforce these Terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
